Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to the therapist, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment, Without proper notice, a cancellation fee of 20$ may be imposed. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Thank you for understanding, Quality Time. This policy extends to the reschedule of appointments if done less then 24 hours notice.
